Sore rectum up to belly button

Hi! It’s been a while.
Tried a new clinic trial and didn’t work. Medication was too rough.
I had a day of pooping a ton and ever since my rectum feels bruised if I sit down quickly or move a certain way. I have a scan in a week.
Can you have a bruised rectum or sore muscles in the colon ?
If I have regular sex I can feel the bruise in my rectum. Any thoughts or suggestion ? Thanks
