I have found that vegan/GF ones are easier for my gut to handle, but start with small quantities. During my first flare up I did very well with orgain vanilla but during my last flare up I couldn't tolerate it at all. I was able to drink the vanilla amazing grass protein powder with greens, but only if I mixed it with almond milk and a banana, nothing else.
