Possibly starting Tremfya ( in UC flare)

I know nothing about Tremfya, however, for the past month or so I have been seeing tons of commercials advertising it, same with Skyrizy.

Myself, I would not go on Rinvog while pregnant, there is not a lot of long term data available.

Is Entyvio not working for you?

Did you seem to get a response to Entyvio at all (before this most recent flare)?

What about when you were on Stelara - did you respond to it at all or not at all?

Tremfya is an anti-IL23 inhibitor, in the same class as Skyrizi. It's a cousin of Stelara, which blocks IL23 and IL12.

I wonder if the next pregnancy might be different for you and you’ll have better success with your treatment. I hope so! My only pregnancy after UC diagnosis was actually really good after an initial flare in the first trimester. Only meds were Lialda, Canasa, and mesalamine enemas. I think the naturally lower immune system of pregnancy helped for me. It’s interesting it continued to be such a problem for you. After delivery was another story for me though, surely due to the big hormone dump, and that’s how I ended up on Entyvio. Are you in a good remission now? I would think it would be safest to be in a good remission before pregnancy with the best hope of successful treatment during pregnancy.
