Thanks for updating us, Andreita-- if you're fighting off anxiety it's no wonder, considering all you've had to overcome. You wrote us so calmly about the fistula, which must have been dreadful-- so getting rid of that would be a definite blessing, and other improvements to your health should follow soon. Try small portions of simple food like mashed potato and salmon, maybe with a couple steamed veggies for a bit of color, then work your way up in size and variety of nutritious meals/snacks. You need to keep up essential vitamins/minerals to help chase off anxiety. Definitely keep us posted on the forum. / Old Hat
