Just an update. I have been on 8 week entyvio infusions for 2/1/2 years. Just had another colonoscopy and it showed active UC in the Rectum. GI has started me on Canasa Suppositories. Has anyone had this happen and if so did it help. If not the Next step would be 4 or 6 week entyvio infusions if approved. As always thanks for any feedback. My GI is retiring so any suggestions for a GI in the Marietta, Ga area.

Enjoygolf, sorry to read you have inflammation in the rectum. From what I've read on here this happens with UC peeps, I have crohns. Give the supps a go, hopefully yhey will take care of it.

Your gi's office should be helping you find a new dr. I don't know if we have any members in your area.

How is your wife doing?

My wife has worked hard and is about 95%.. She is doing great-Thanks for asking. My GI Dr was an IBD specialist. He has already recommended a Dr from his practice. GI Dr but not IBD specialist. Will probably give him a try.
