I am having an over 50 moment here! We have had posts on bloating before, went back 5 pages or so to try and find some bloating posts. Anyway, I am so bloated, I feel like I am 9 months pregnant - which at my age - thank you God I am not! Love those Grandbabies! Anyway, what do you guys do when your this bloated? Help - I need relief!

Try gas-x, and try pumping your torso down forward when on the toilet.
For me it usually just takes time, unfortunately. So uncomfortable!

Since i started probiotics its gone away, but once in a blue moon i get some gas and i have some otc gas medicine i just pop. I forget the name of it though started with a ph i think.

If I'm bloated or gassy, I roll around on the floor on my stomach. You'll look like an idiot, but you'll probably feel better.
It tends to break up the gas bubbles.
