You guys are scaring me know. My only consolation is that my mom lost weight from her mid 40's to mid 70's. She's more active now than she was in her 40's. Her second husband is more than 10 years younger than her; so I guess that's why she tries to keep young.
Dont be scared. I guess it just means that we have to make sure to take more time out for physical activity and tighten up our eating as we get older. Its not an automatic thing that you will gain weight, but your diet/exercise program may need adjusting to prevent/lessen it.
