I havent seen any bleeding or mucus in a while. i havent had D since going raw. I havent had any pain going raw. the only pain I had was from pred foam. I think im in remmission.

Sounds positive. Can you not use any 5ASA rectal meds? Maybe get a script for them if you notice any symptoms.

before i try to even lower any meds im going to get some Psyllium powder. this is recommended by alot of gut healers. I was supprised to see the post about it. im waiting for mine right now. lets see what it does

What exactly do you eat on the raw foods diet? Do they contain a lot of fiber? I cannot tolerate fiber while flaring.
