I have been wondering about
this, i see some of yall go on gluten free, dairy free, sugar free diets, or on tv there are these diets to cut out stuff like that, so honesty curiousty. If you cut those things out, what do you eat?
Fruit has sugar, so you couldnt eat that, and bread has wheat, andcheese is dairy, i cant think of anything left except meat, or veggies.
