Anything healthy is forbidden on blood thinners. I have a new approach which is to go ahead and consume the best things for UC such as spinach and get my INR tested and just have them increase the blood thinner dose. The prime directive from the neurologist was to control UC if I want to control the hypercoagulativity. IOW if I flare the blood thinner has to stop completely so UC care must come first.
