enemas with hemmies?

Oh no just when i entered my third week of salofalk enemas treastment bang my hemmies came back today and they hurt like hell!
ShouldI treat the piles first or shall I continue to treat both colitis and hemmies at sametime?
any tricks for painless enemas?

Maybe you could use some extra lube on the enemas. Also throughout the day use something for the hemmies, then at night you can carefully do the enemas.

Oh and if they're external hemmies, I suggest using witch hazel on them every time you're in the bathroom.

I really recommend a steroid cream called analpram... cuts pain and shrinks.

is analpram available in canada??
now i have anusol plus oinment and someleftovers anusol HC suppositories but the suppositories are a mission...
