Yes, I have tried it. It's supposed to soothe the gut. I didn't take it regularly enough to be able to tell you if it really works or not.
But I can tell you about the things I know do work:
1) LDN
2) slippery elm bark powder
3) probiotics, VSL #3
4) L-glutamine for colonic repair
