How long have you been on nightly enemas?
seasonal flares usually come with the changes of events that happen during that time...for example the stresses that come with change, commitments, etc...
I'm wiring up for a flare since I'm extremely busy with my mother-in-law in the hospital again (extreme issues while she's been there in the mental department)...the anticipation of what will happen is the killer for me. If only I could shut my mind off for about a month and insert a robot brain for a while.
I've upped my enemas to every second night...no changes for the worst. I haven't had a cold and I'm whittling down some commitments/to-dos till after Christmas.
I hate this time of year....I just hope I can get through it without any serious issues.
Hang tough....it sounds as though you're doing well. If you can get in to see your doc for him/her to do a visual rectoscope...it might reveal what's going on. Could be an internal hemmie or a fissure.
Are you on probiotics and fibre supplements?
