Colonoscopy Friday tips for ducolax and magnesium citrate

I am taking 3 ducolax tablets and then 10ox Magnesium Citrate two times after. Any advice on how to take it, ive heard lemon gatorade makes it not so bad. Its my first colonoscopy and my parents havent even done one so any advice would be great!
