6-mp & skin issues?

Been on 6-mp for 1.5 years now. Never really had any issues apart from slight yellowing. But aside from that I've started to get an issue around 2 months ago where I had small red rash on face just under eye on cheek but it is more or less away now, seem to get badly dry skin? not rough or anything just simply "powdery" over most of the body, it's not terrible but just annoying.

Now the other issue I've got as of late is white skin patches? Im thinking tinea versicolor? heres a link

Mine is nowhere near as bad as that pic but it's the same thing started to get a few patches one on upper chest one on neck and trap area and little at upper back??? out of nowhere though. Tanning seems to help it go away. I don't tan that much usually one sunbed per month @ 6 minutes. Although if I go for more these patch things seem to go, I have had it before but only on my chest but it went away but now it's back. Feels slightly rough?

Going to go to the doctor try get something for it but not sure what it is, wondering if anyone else has had it? Reason I ask is because if you look on that website ^ it says immuno-suppresant & corticodsteroid are factors of cause...
