I am happy to report that I am doing great.
Since fine tuning my regimen by adding the L-Threonine amino acid powder, that has helped me get perfectly formed BMs as in pre-UC days, and it has taken away my terrible fibromyalgia pains, and the big bonus is it's helped me sleep deeply as well.
And then having found the gluten relief product which finally enables me occassional cheating without paying for consequences, things are good.
