Taking Immodium and VSL3... and feeling so much better

I wanted to share what I've been doing that has made a huge difference to my quality of life. I went to a new doctor who put me on:

*Immodium pills - two pills 3 times a day. (I adjust depending on how I'm feeling. Now down to 4 pills a day)

*VSL3 probiotic - two pills 2 time a day

The VSL is expensive but you can get it directly from the VSL website for less than special ordering through a pharmacy.

These two things have really changed my life. I finally stopped running to the bathroom all day. When I see a little blood starting, I use Cortifoam to control it. That works for me because my inflammation is worse lower down.

I haven't been on the site in a while and I thought I'd come back and let everyone know what's been working. Oh, and I've been eating just about anything I want.

I am trying that as well, but on Align until I order some VSL#3. I take immodium regularly. I am also adding Apple Pectin and Boswellia to my supplements. Maybe even some Zantac.

I'm also taking Hyoscyamine (LEVSIN-SL) at night and midday. It's the only prescription I'm on now. If my gut starts churning this seems to calm it down very well.
