Hi,
I'm posting here since I had colitis as a teenager (have since had my colon removed and a jpouch built) and so I always have to be careful wtih my stomach. On Monday I had the most awful migraine / nausea (due to that time of the month). I couldn't function and thus, I ended up maxing out the # of tylenol and advil for the day. Well, now as you can imagine my stomach is a mess. I need to take my celebrex for my joint issues (plus now tendinitis is acting up), but I haven't touched it. We're going away on vacation for 5 days tomorrow and thus, it will be restaurant foods all week.
How do I get my stomach back on track? Any suggestions? I have this contant burning and a bit of cramping.
