can you take canasa suppositories every day??

It seems that I am symptom free when I take the canasa suppository at nighttime. I am on asacol 400 mg. 2 pills 3 times a day but I noticed some blood and started on the canasa suppository at night and all seems fine until I do not take it then the next morning I have a little bit of blood again, not a real lot of blood just some, but then the next night when I take the suppository it is fine.

So was just wondering if anyone takes a canasa suppository every night and if it is safe.

Yes, you can use them 2x a day too if necessary.

Yes, at first sign of any symptoms, I use the Canasa Suppositories after a month or two, I start
tapering to every other day.

It doesnt sound like your body is ready to taper.

Yes, Canasa is perfectly safe to use once or even twice per day. Keep it up if it seems to be working for you.

I was taking them twice a day but now I am down to one a day, at night.

Yes!! Shove that thing up there every day, or twice a day if that's what your doc says.

My god, if only I could go back to the time when I could control this thing with just a suppository!
