Just a note to beware of these, no matter how sweet and tempting they may be!

I bought a 5lb box of them at Sams Club, and while I could definitely finish off the box, I think I need to give them away. I've never been so gassy and uncomfortable in quite some time.

I really should have put 2 and 2 together since prunes are also pretty aggressive on my colon...

I understand you! The place I lived this summer had a plum tree and a fig tree in the garden!!!!!!
So tempting, so fresh, so delicious.

I paid the price for being too hungry with the figs....

But I did a wonderful jam out of the plums. You should do it as well. Then the jam is in small quantity and only on toasts once in a while!

Ahh plums. As a kid I could eat pounds of the stuff. As we get older gets worse I guess. Even when not flaring any more than 6 and here comes pain and diarhea!

My downfall is apricots. I love them but they don't love me!

But I like the plum jam idea.
