Oh yes I know what youre going through. I got to do it less than 3 weeks ago. What I did was take max dose of tylenol which alllowed me to sleep for an hour maybe, then BM and on for the rest of the night. Hopefully you get better soon!

This makes me think of "Tylenol BM" which quote "made you sleep so soundly that you'd sleep through your first bm" from an old parody commercial by Saturday Night Live (SNL). Perhaps a life-saver for us uc-ers to get a full, restful night's sleep?

Ehhhh wow. Maybe I shouldnt post during my nightly BM run. What I was trying to say was that with Tylenol I could fall asleep for an hour or so, then wake up have a BM, then sleep an hour, then BM, and on for the rest if the night. Without the Tylenol I couldnt fall asleep between BMs equalling in basically zero sleep. The Tylenol didnt let me sleep the whole night as it sounds above.
Right I would like to not sleep through my BMs. Although a month ago I would have totally taken a "tylenol BM". Maybe even an extra strength haha.

I am wide awake now. I decided to work from home, which is a godsend when I have difficulties falling back to sleep after the poo poo train wakes me up.
