pain in bones of feet

for the past month ive had quite sore pain in the small metatarsal bones in my feet. this past few days its really starting to burn. I haven't injured myself in anyway, but i have been in a constant flare over a year now... or maybe two... i cant remember actually the last time i was in remission.
i've experienced joint pain before during flare ups of my uc, but usually it would be wrist,knee or ankle joints that would ache. I was wondering if anyone else has similar pains and what is the best cure :)
