So needing protein, Ive been noticing that these egg or whey based shakes often have protease, arginine, and other potentially undesirable things in them. What do people think the trade offs here are? I suppose the daily doses are likely lower than the dose in say, a supplement capsule, but havent checked to compare... I find them a relatively easy, tatsy way to get protein, but hate to think of them as a 2 sided coin.
