So far, I do believe it is helping me.
Day 1 I had 4 cigs in the evening
Day two, 2 am + 2 pm
I will stick with this 2x2 thing for a few days and see what happens.
I have bought 4 packs of different types, and they are all horrible-tasting, for sure.

Maybe it's a good thing that they tastes so vile (I didn't used to think so) and it will keep me from developing a habit that could cause other harm.
I also plan to buy some Swedish snus which is supposed to provide all of the other WTA whole tobacco alkyloids that affect a body. Still, if it's the CO that won't be helpful.
All I can say, for sure, is that supplementation with nicotine alone has not stopped my UC.
