I still didn't hear from my primary about the thyroid ultrasound. But I've been crazy busy lately and haven't got around to calling them yet.

But I did see the urologist today and the microscopic blood is still in my urine so I'm having an ultrasound of my bladder and kidneys tomorrow. Then in 3 weeks I have an appt to go over my results as well as have a cystoscope.

So tomorrow after my bladder/kidney ultrasound I am going to call about my thyroid.

Thanks for the update... I was tempted a couple times to post a "Have you heard anything??" post but didn't want to be naggy since I figured you'd let us know if had any news!

Mad (what's ftw? lol) thanks. I do my whole panic mode for a day or two but then I try not to think about it.

Good luck with u/s-- do you have to drink a lot of water for it, or NOT drink after a certain time? / Old Hat (33 yrs with left-sided UC; presently in remission taking brandname Colazal)

32oz one hour prior to the appt. I've had many ultrasounds over the years and them pressing their wand on a full bladder is torture! Lol But at least they're normally quick about it.
