This sort of fits with the early onset UC where there is no dysbiosis found.
Yet with time,we all have dysbiosis, might be this mechanism, the immune sys goes nuts,
the ones that survive mutate and are harder to kill. Then the whole ecosystem is wrecked.

Yeah... or some sort of micro inflammatory state changes things. like a viral infection triggers inflammation or immune response and things change, maybe something takes hold.
Been thinking about
the two papers tonight.
I went from absolutely perfect poop, to having a cold and eating some bad food at the same time which resulted in some D and bad smelling stool, even mucus for the first time in well... I don't even remember. I swear I even saw a tiny bit of blood which has been even longer than mucus (months). Clean up the diet, get over the cold and perfect poop, zero urgency, no mucus again.
Seems like as long as I stick to my routine I'm well.. symptom free. It's odd.
