uhh maria. i'm sorry you are so stressed. just take a deep breath!!!
i've been feeling like this too since i started working again. some days, i'm there 12-13 hours and it's just exhausting. i sleep ANY CHANCE i get. seriously. that is my number one priority right now. i haven't hung out with friends in weeks. i just know since i'm tired, i don't need to be doing anything more important for my body than sleeping- this includes dishes, cleaning my room, etc.
as for diet, i do a ton of "in advance" cooking. i make big batches of things and portion them in ziploc containers so i can take them out and go. the crockpot is my best friend. also, meatloafs! i've been eating a lot of eggs lately since they take minutes to make.
