I'm with Soy on this one..lol..that is in eating Hummus. I have it daily, but ONLY the classic one with no other flavouring in it (Sabra).
I've limited myself to 2 of the personal size ones (from Costco) and I have it with rice crackers or the pretzel crisps.
Problems? well, it's extra fibre and I definitely get some gas from it about 6 hours later. But, it's great for bms the next day....woohoo.
I loathe any of the other ones that are flavoured...waaaaaaay too much garlic in them.
If you like it, have it. Limit to a time of the day where it won't cause you too much discomfort if you're out and about, etc.
Not all prepared hummus is created equal....even the ones with no extras in them.
