Very interesting!
Makes you think even more about our food supply and buying organic. I find it fascinating that I am not able to tolerate gluten, corn or soy and am wondering if it is partially because of the glyphosate. I do have a genetic predisposition to gluten issues, but am thinking maybe the glyphosate put me over the edge. I am also rethinking my sugar intake. I was just going out to buy honey and am now thinking organic sugar may be best. Do they make organic honey? I like honey for its beneficial properties.
Also does using the sulfate strips give you an indication on where you fall in the spectrum and I thought low sulphur was good. Not sure I can tolerate a lot of it. Maybe that is something to get used to gradual. Adding manganese rich food and sunlight is something I will be more conscience of too.
Thanks for the post :)
