As you can see this is quite complex, here are papers on early onset crohns and if I find it UC.
You will see that in crohns there is dysbiosis early on,while if the UC paper is correct not dysbiotic.
You also have to remember what they find in the stool is not the same as what they find in mucosal associated
bacteria.
I also believe that at least in UC the immune system is causing much dysbiosis.
There is also biofilms and colonization resistance to worry about,so not a easy thing.
