Hi Quincy, I have an anal skin tag also. I had my Dr. examine it as I had no idea what it was and was concerned. He stated it was just a skin tag, no worries....I have had it for 6 months and have had no problems at all, its just there!!! I thought maybe it would go away on its own but seems not to. Not getting bigger, just stays the same. Hope this helps!!

they never "go away"...it's possible mine will stay the same as well. The problem I'd have is when the external hemmie decides to pop in for the fun...it's just something bigger that I'd prefer not be.

Hope yours stays the same.
