interpreting lab results

I got the results of blood work back and in the RBC comments section it says "ANISOCYTOSIS POIKILOCYTOSIS" what does that mean
I know it has something to do with blood cell size/shape but does it mean anything? i dont recall seeing that on any of my other lab reports
does anyone have this?

but is that bad? does it impact my health at all?

Sounds like a sign of anemia. Not sure the degree, as it's variable.

Anisocytosis is a medical term meaning that a patient's red blood cells are of unequal size. This is commonly found in anemia and other blood conditions.

Poikilocytosis is the presence in the blood of irregularly shaped red blood cells.

Anisocytosis and poikilocytosis become marked as the anaemia becomes more severe. Poikilocytes include oval cells, teardrop poikilocytes and red cell fragments.
