If you are not sure then maybe you need to get tested again to verify if you still are deficient.
Methylcobalamin is far superior and is more easily absorbed. By the same token folate is the superior natural form of folic acid. Unfortunately most multivites contain B12 as cyanocobalamin and vitamin B9 as folic acid instead of folate.
I had had the blood test prior to writing this. Should have put that in. Sorry. I have found that I can tell when my levels are low. I typically get the same symptoms so that's why I'd asked.
