All these new drugs! What's the diff?

When Humira failed, I paid more attention to all the new drugs out there, TNF blockers of all sorts. So, whats the difference between them? How can you possibly know what will work? I went back on Remicade, but an effective pill sure would be nice. My doctor is terrific, but she hasnt had experience with most of them.

The various tnf-alpha blocking medications are all designed to adhere with tnf alpa. The shape/structure of the protein can be different, as long as it links/connects. What does that mean to you, not much unless you have antibodies similar to one of them.

Entvyio is entirely different, and targets different things. It stops white blood cells from adhering to small blood vessel walls in gut tissue and exiting the circulatory system.
