Would you be gutted if there was a cure, but it was too late for you?

In answer to the question, I think I would be gutted!! After going through all the pain and stress of surgery only to find out that the cure was just around the corner! Now that would be a bitter pill to swallow!! But, of course I would be pleased for all the other people still suffering from this disease.

Iamcurious...So sorry about your brother, what I terrible situation for all of you, to have that kind of anxiety hanging over you all for so many years..just terrible!
