Pred and solumedrol

Quick question that I think I know the answer to:
Getting my third entyvio infusion today, and I always get 20mg of solumedrol as a premed.
The previous two visits I was on low doses of oral pred and took them in addition to the IV that day; this time however because I'm in a flare I'm back up to 40mg or oral pred. Would it be wise to skip my oral today since I'm getting the same amount via IV? My doc hasn't gotten back to me and you all seem to be better at answering anyway :)

Thanx ipoop! I hadn't taken my meds yet and I'm already here, so I'll get my IV roids and she told me to skip my oral

I actually forgot to edit up above; my premed was actually 40mg of solumedrol.
