How do you use Salofalk suppository?

Hi, I'm using Salofalk suppository (0.5g) per day. A doctor suggested me use the suppository once a day (0.5g) at night. Another doctor suggested using twice a day: in the morning and at night (0.25g). How do you use it?

And, do you lie or sit when insert it to rectum. I used it for years, but havenot found a proper body position.

I would do it on the toilet....have never done supps while lying down.
Twice a day would be better...500mg is a very low dosage.
