I was given some samples of this by my GI but I had never heard of it before. Anyone use this and find it helpful? I did a search and found some older posts but wondering if people still use it or find it helpful.

because most everything with UC is very individual, the best way to find out if it works for you is to try it -

having a sample makes it even easier -
