I was riding the struggle bus the past few days - my first period in six months while flaring, and just as I thought I was hitting remission, my UC symptoms came back with a vengeance, especially tenesmus.

So I was singing 'Inflammation" to the tune of "Anticipation" today, alternating with "Constipation." :D
