I have my MM card in NJ and have been free from all issues ever since. I smoke strains that are either high in CDB or CBG (CBG works best for me). The people working there should be able to tell you which strains will contain these compounds. The dosage will vary from person to person. If you've never used MM before, then I'd suggest starting slow. Smoking/Vaping= 1-2 pulls then see how you feel, take more if needed. Symptom relief should come in 5 minutes or less. Eating it= Relief takes up to an hour to start but lasts longer than smoking. I'm off all other meds and have never felt better. AND if you don't like feeling "high" just got for the high CBD strains. They're usually low in THC content, however, the THC has ridden me of the anxiety that comes along with UC.
