I'm thinking about giving krill oil a go, any feedback? Good or bad?

I take it, I find it less upsetting to my stomach than fish oil. My HDL is great, so it helps with that as well. I don't know if it has any measurable impact on my UC, though.

Interesting, thanks. I read that it was 40 some times as anti-inflammatory as fish oil.

Side note, momto2boys, I notice you take 3 different probiotics. I've never thought of that. Did you notice improvement with each one?

Absolutely, I started with just Culturelle and then added VSL#3 and then reuteri. There are many strains of reuteri, but the one I have had best luck with is the 30342 strain. It is harder to find now, it used to be in Cardioviva but they pulled it from the market.
