I eat Manuka honey every day and I started it after getting C diff in 2015 (read that it helped prevent recurrence) . It helps a lot in the morning for reflux and I like the taste but it hasn't done anything for my colitis. I had no idea it was even supposed to. I buy the UMF 15+ and it is expensive but I love it. I think the UMF is the key if you are going to try it but I can't imagine how it would help IBD>
