I am going to try this supplement for my migraines. Has anyone taken 5-htp, and if so, how did it affect your intestines?

Thanks John, I've read those.

From my research I have gathered that using 5-htp on a long term basis has its own risks involving brain chemistry and I don't want to mess with that. I am not gonna use it.
