Vitamin E enema

Want to try these for Ulcerative colitis and I need recommendations for what enema syringe to get and also what Vitamin E oil to get and how many drops/ML to add to the syringe? I have been looking through old posts to find the syringe/oil but seems many of the links are outdated.

Please help!

Nix, when using the search feature it pulls up the most recent threads first. If you found nothing current, then most likely there isn't any newer posts. You can try searching this way; UC forum vitamin E enemas & see if anything different pops up. By stating the UC forum it weeds out a lot of junk posts.
