If the biopsies do not provide an IBD diagnosis, then rapit transit and digestion problems could be IBS related. No serious diagnosis is possible from a quick sketch of symptoms.
If you have concerns about diabetes, you should get a few tests. You can even check fasting blood glucose levels with an inexpensive home meter and a few test strips. High blood sugar can promote water retention, which can promote inflammation, which can have GI issues. But the water is usually retained in the blood (bound to the sugar) and not in the tissue, which can become dehydrated. So blood sugar is not a typical 1st thought in diagnosing GI distress.
Are you receiving ongoing treatment for the pancreatitis? Were you put on any meds? Do you have followup doctor visits, and what kind of doctor are they?
