Blood work results- one week on imuran

Hi— as the title suggests I have been on imuran (plus 4.8 mg mezavant, along with vit d and iron supplements) for just over a week. I did the first set of blood work and am looking at the results.

WBC 4.0 (was 6.2 on June 14)
Neutrophils 1.6 (was 3.7 on June 14)

As it was only done yesterday I don’t expect my gastro or GP to have seen or interpreted the results yet.

Just wondering if anyone knows what this means or has any advice. I know the wbc is on the low end of the reference values and the neutrophils are just under the reference values.. but should I be worried? Are there any other common factors that could cause these values to drop?
