my daughter was sick with the stomach flu last thursday and it lasted 24 hrs. A good friend of mine caught it too and her symptoms lasted 5 days. I started with very watery Diarhea on monday and I still had some this morning. what is so weird is that 1 of those days i had nothing at all. Most of the time my stomach will empty out in the morning and then i wont get anything else for the rest of the day. Has anyone ever gotten a weird virus like that? I dont think it's UC related as I don't see any blood. Ive been in remission for almost 5 years now. Is it maybe the fact that i'm on Remicade and Aza that its taking longer to go away?

We can get sick like anybody else, and yes, while on immunosuppressants (remicade, aza) it'll last longer and might be worse bug symptoms. Weird though!
