I wouldn't panic, but I would learn more and followup with a few direct questions. Just to understand it fully and know if there is any impact going forward.
As part of due diligence, I would get a copy of the biopsy and scope reports and see what exactly is said. I would then follow up with your gasteroenterolgist and ask if you should be worried or not. I think generally not as they said non-cancerous, but certainly "serated" does raise some eyebrows. I would ask whether you need more frequent monitoring (that is endoscopy) as a result of this finding.
