Slightly off topic, but not really. These doctors appear to be pushing for a new government institute - The National Institute of Nutrition.

it would be helpful

I am worried that because of supplements lobby and farm lobby that it would not be able to use the best science. Also, Americans do not really want to hear than majority plant diet is best.

I'd take a climate institute 1st, but that too will get mired in politics and lobbying

Canada made that change....I could never stop eating meat based on how I feel without.
Whatever happened to balance? It's definitely a good start. Its not all or nothing thinking.
