I must say, these are my new favorite snack! (And I am not even on that fancy new keto diet). Light, tasty, and from what i hear, healthier than other snacks (potato chips).

Just thought I'd share smile

I doubt they are healthier, just that the low carb crowd recommends them in place of chips. They are SCD legal so probably Paleo and keto friendly as well. I am not picky at all but I think they are gross. To each his own!
